Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.

Ingrid understood my requirements in terms of proximity to the workplace, appliances in the house, house condition, budget, etc. I wasn’t much aware of the regulations around tenancy rules, how to set up the utilities, etc. Ingrid helped me tirelessly and extensively, from assisting in viewing different apartments to the final move-in. The paperwork was handled and executed expertly, too, along with sharing timely updates with both the tenant and the landlord. She is indeed a fantastic professional and knows how to take care of her clients.

Agent is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt to our requests. More important; understood what we were looking for and showed us the right properties. Highly recommended!
